Membership Terms

At Go Care Box, we offer a variety of Memberships (each a “Membership” and collectively the “Memberships”). Memberships constitute any purchase from Go Care Box. Please review these Go Care Box Membership Terms (the “Membership Terms”) carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any subscription you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renewed unless you cancel your Subscription, or we otherwise terminate your account. The cut-off date for ordering next month’s box is the last day of the month leading up to the month of your next shipment. Each box will include a combination of Organic, Non-toxic and/or Eco-Friendly lifestyle products. There is no guarantee that we will match the customer survey choices to each product offered in each box. We will work to take the all-customer preferences to try to maximize the value in each box. BY PURCHASING ANY SUBSCRIPTION OR ONE-TIME PURCHASE, YOU AGREE TO NOT HOLD GO CARE BOX LIABLE FOR ANY HARM OR DAMAGES RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OR USE OF GOODS, SERVICES, RESOURCES, OR CONTENT. 
By purchasing a Go Care Box, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Use and Sale & our Privacy Policy.

  1. Gift Plan. A “One Box”, “Two Box” and “Three Box” consists of an initial product box (a “Box”) sent with the next batch of subscription boxes between the 7th and 14th of the next month at the latest. Variance will be shipped every 3 months.

If you sign up for a One-Box, Two Box or Three Box option, you will be immediately billed $116.47 USD (plus shipping and taxes if applicable) as a non-refundable minimum purchase and you will receive your first Box after it ships between the 7th and 14th of the next month at the latest. You will be billed on the same date of the original purchase every three months until the number of boxes you ordered are shipped for the “Two Box” and “Three Box” options. The variance option is “Delivered Every 3 Months.” The specific Box you receive as a first-time subscriber is subject to availability or may be based on the specific promotional code that you choose to use. The One Box option ends as soon as the first order is fulfilled. The Two Box option ends once two boxes ship. The Three Box option ends once three boxes ship. It may contain products focused on our core values which are organic, non-toxic, and/or eco-friendly lifestyle products.   1. Seasonal MembershipA “Seasonal Membership” or “Pay Quarterly” Box Membership consists of an initial product box and additional Boxes (“Boxes”) sent between the 7th and 14th of the next month at the latest. Then shipped every 3 months after the first box is received. The variance option is “Delivered Every 3 Months.” The discount for Pay Quarterly will vary depending on the options entered at checkout.

If you sign up for a Seasonal Membership, you will be immediately billed $116.47 USD (plus shipping and taxes if applicable) as a non-refundable minimum purchase after the 1st of the month leading up to the order. While the specific box you receive as a first-time subscriber is subject to availability or may be based on the specific promotional code that you choose to use, the Seasonal Membership option is offered one Box at a time every 3 months. It may contain products focused on our core values which are organic, non-toxic, and/or eco-friendly lifestyle products. If you choose to use a coupon to purchase a discounted Pay Quarterly, you will be billed immediately for the first order and shipment will occur between the 7th and 14th in the upcoming month for the first box. Gift options are not able to be chosen for the Pay Quarterly option since the initial purchase terminates after the initial duration is fulfilled.


The Pay Quarterly Membership Subscription is for an ongoing service that will automatically renew. The automatic renewal of your Membership will continue every 3 months and your credit card will bill $116.47 USD (plus shipping and taxes, if applicable) on the same date of the initial purchase. The recurring shipping will occur every 3 months between the 7th and 14th ($116.47 USD, plus shipping and taxes if applicable) and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file until cancelled before the 1st of the month in which your next order is shipped. This is a nonrefundable minimum purchase, unless you cancel in accordance with these Membership Terms (in particular, see Section 6 “Cancellation,” below), you will continue to be charged as described above when the order renews until it is cancelled.   1. The “4 Go Care Boxes” Annual Membership.An “Annual Membership” or “4 Go Care Boxes Annual Membership” is a membership that consists of an initial product box sent between the 7th and 14thin the upcoming month and three (3) additional Boxes. The Annual Membership Subscription ships one Box every 3 months after the first box is received. The standard subscription option will auto renew unless cancelled before the last prepaid subscription order is shipped (ex. The 4th Box). The gift option will end once the number of prepaid boxes is fulfilled. The variance option is “Delivered Every 3 Months.” The specific box you receive as a first-time subscriber is subject to availability or may be based on the specific promotional code that you choose to use. It may contain products focused on our core values which are organic, non-toxic, and/or eco-friendly. If you choose to purchase the Annual Membership Subscription, your prepaid order will be billed immediately ($418.80 USD, plus shipping and taxes if applicable) and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file. This is a nonrefundable minimum purchase, unless you cancel in accordance with these Membership Terms (in particular, see Section 6 “Cancellation,” below), you will continue to be charged as described above when the order renews until it is cancelled within 3 months before the 1st of the month after receiving your last prepaid order. The recurring charge of $418.80 will renew 3 months after the last prepaid box is shipped on the 1st of the month in which your next order will ship, unless cancelled as described. Then your Annual Membership Subscription will continue to deliver a box every three months for a year and continue to renew until cancelled.  

 Subscriptions with Active Accounts. Each Box may contain an assortment of product colors, scents, prints, and the like, as applicable.

  1. Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your Membership with us at any time, subject to the time frames below. Cancellation doesn’t guarantee a refund for prepaid orders. Customers can pause their Memberships in their account portal. The customer must skip the delivery before the end of the previous month leading up to the next shipping schedule that was based on your delivery variance to place a hold on the next delivery. Customers can turn off the subscription renewal before the term purchased is fulfilled.

In order to cancel your Membership, you must do one of the following: (a) e-mail us at support@gocarebox.com, make the title of your e-mail with “Cancel,” indicate that you wish to cancel your Membership, and follow the instructions that we send you in response; OR (b) log into your Member Account, navigate to the “Manage” section, choose “Cancel,” and follow the instructions provided. 
Cancellations must be entered prior to the billing date of the Membership renewal. Cancellations must be received 24 hours before the last day of each month to ensure cancellation. For the Seasonal Membership, this means that you must cancel prior to cut-off date before the end of the month for the next box that occurs every 3 months after your previous order. For the Annual Membership, this means that you must cancel prior to the cutoff date at the end of the month before the first four (4) Boxes will be fulfilled every 3 months after receiving your first box. Cancellation will need to occur before the last prepaid order is fulfilled to ensure charges are not processed for the original amount of the first order (in other words, prior to the end of the month before the receipt of your four Boxes). Cancelling your Membership does not guarantee you a refund for Membership payments already processed, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees. 
If your membership has already been renewed and you would like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request cancellation by the end of the month to be eligible for a refund for the boxes that have not been ordered. 

INITIAL PREPAID ORDERS ARE NONREFUNDABLE BEFORE THE RENEWAL FOR THE ORIGINAL TERM GOES INTO EFFECT. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE LAST DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH'S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN PRE ORDERED ON THE 1st OF EACH MONTH.

  1. Gifts and Additional Boxes. Gifts will have the Membership term end once the original number of Boxes ordered is fulfilled. Gift options will ship with Membership orders if the One Box, Two Box or Three Box option is selected. Only gift options will allow you to add a message. Messages are only sent with the first Box sent. Customers may choose to send their orders to a different address than their own (within the countries that Go Care Box currently ships to). Additional Boxes may be purchased subject to quantity limits at the discretion of the Company.
  2. Add-Ons and Edit Sales. We may offer additional products that customers may add to that Membership selection (“Add-Ons”). Add-Ons are for a limited time, during which customers may add or remove products from their order. All items included in the order at the conclusion of the sale are automatically charged to the payment method on file. Add-Ons are generally billed in conjunction with the billing dates for the Membership selected, and are shipped along with your Box, if you are receiving a Box. Edit Sale orders are generally billed approximately 48 hours after the close of the sale, and shipped between the 7th and 14th of the month at the variance selected.
  3. Taxes and Shipping and Handling. Stated prices for One-Time Purchases and Subscriptions and other products (including Edit Sale products and Add-Ons) do not include any customs, duties, sales, use, value-added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. You are solely responsible for the payment of such taxes related to your purchase. We have the right to charge you for any taxes that we believe we are required to pay or collect related to your purchase. Please also note that shipping and handling fees currently apply to all shipments outside the contiguous United States.
  4. Data Transfers. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors, other service providers, and certain trusted third parties.
